Evelots® Professional Meat Tenderizer
This meat tenderizer is the perfect quick and easy tool to help with tenderizing your meat before you cook it. Simply, place your raw meat on a flat surface and use the meat tenderizer to push down as the blades push through the layers of fibers in the meat. Stainless steel blades are extremely sharp and about an inch in length. A great tool to use before marinating your meats to help with holding in flavor. The spring loaded mechanism helps hold the meat down as the stainless steel blades push through with your pressure to guide how much you would like to pierce the meat. Measures approximately 7.5"L with a base diameter of 2". The handle is 1" diameter at its skinniest and 1.13" diameter at its thickest. At the top of the tenderizer there is a convenient hole for hanging when not in use. Not dishwasher safe.
